Delivery for a funeral service or burial
For delivery to a funeral service or burial, please enter the start time of the event under preferred date and preferred time when ordering. We will of course deliver the arrangements in good time beforehand – we simply need the time in order to allocate them correctly at the respective cemetery.
Delivery to a cemetery
During checkout, select "Delivery to cemetery" as the shipping method and then choose the desired cemetery from the list – the relevant address is already stored there. Please also enter the name of the deceased so that the arrangement can be allocated correctly at the cemetery. Delivery to Nordfriedhof is free of charge; all other listed cemeteries cost €9.50.
Delivery within the city
For delivery within the city, please provide the recipient's complete delivery address (name, address, postal code/city and telephone number). Already in your shopping cart you can check whether we deliver to your postal code.
Minimum order value
Delivery is possible from an order value of €35.

Delivery costs
Wherever possible, we deliver our products with our own staff – this allows us to offer you attractive delivery costs. For more distant destinations we use a reliable courier service.

Delivery time
We normally create our arrangements within 24 hours; earlier delivery is usually possible as well. For orders at short notice, please call us in advance (+49 89 / 365947) so that we can check whether your order can be completed in time.
A note about the photos
All photos are example photos. We do our best to make the arrangements as similar as possible within the scope of handcraft and using natural materials. Depending on how much notice we have for your order, it may happen that we have to replace individual types of flowers due to availability.
